I am raising money for NAS, a wonderful charity that is the leading UK charity for autistic people (including those with Asperger syndrome) and their families.

They provide information, support and pioneering services, and campaign for a better world for autistic people such as my Nephew, Hudson.

To raise money for this charity I have decided to enter the Tuff Enuff challenge due to take place in Sept in Cornwall. For the past 18 months I have been somewhat sedentary and this is the perfect opportunity and challenge I need all in the name of a great cause.

Tuff Enuff is based around the infamous permanent assault course, Above and Beyond is a brutal endurance challenge of approximately 8km over a variety of terrain from mud, to rock to the rolling sea.

Incorporating over 30 of the toughest obstacles imaginable, Above and Beyond has been designed by military experts to push you to the limits of human endurance, testing your strength, your nerve and your courage.

I will be documenting my journey and progress so everyone can see how hard I have been working for your donation.
