Story
The Saints Foundation are planning an epic ride to visit all 20 Premier League stadiums, travelling the length of the country in the name of raising money for Saints Foundations 20th anniversary.
However, instead of joining in the full 800+ miles over 9 days, myself and 3 other Bournemouth based cycling friends have made a plan to do our own, more local, stadium tour to cover 330 miles, over 5 days in June. We will be donating all funds raised to the Saints Foundation.
Our stadium tour will be starting from the Vitality Stadium in Bournemouth and go via St. Mary’s in Southampton, up to London to cover all the stadiums there, then back via Brighton's Amex Stadium to St. Mary’s. Our ride will be done over 5 days from 8th-12th June, covering our own 20 stadiums, and we hope to be in London and/or Brighton on the same days as the official Saints Big Bike Challenge, so that we might join them in those stages.
- Day 1: Bournemouth, Bashley, Totton, Southampton, BTC Southampton FC, Eastleigh, Winchester City, Basingstoke
- Day 2: Reading, Watford, Wembley, Brentford
- Day 3: Fulham, Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal, Westham, Oval, Crystal Palace
- Day 4: Brighton
- Day 5: Southampton
Saints Foundation is currently celebrating 20 years of life-changing work in the community. For two decades now, Saints Foundation has been transforming lives in and around Southampton. With their support, hundreds of thousands of local people have become more involved, healthier and empowered members of their community.
