Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am taking part in a wing walk for the ectopic pregnancy trust as I have suffered from two ectopics which resulted in losing one of my Fallopian tubes. I was sent for emergency surgery which saved my life. The afterthought was “am I ever going to be a mum?”.
Ectopic pregnancies will show a positive result in a test but can cause serious damage or result in death if left untreated.
I have already completed a skydive for the ectopic pregnancy trust with two other team members but this time I am flying solo!
I generally have a fear of heights since doing my skydive but wish to raise as many funds as I can to help other women in this scary situation.
I know of several friends who have also suffered from this life threatening condition which is not very well advertised and can sometimes be dismissed as an “oh well” but couldn’t be further from the truth.
Please if you could spare just a few pounds to help this very worthy cause I will be more than grateful.
I have been told by the ectopic pregnancy trust that I am the first ever wing Walker to raise money for them. This alone is a sense of achievement and I hope I inspire more people to wing walk for such an amazing cause.
Happy flying!!!!!!!!!!
