Like many men my age, I have learned to live with a wayward prostate and can now joke about the potential for an entry in the Guinness Book of records had the drugs not done something about its size.

What's not so funny is that 1 in 8 men in the UK will get prostate cancer and many of you, like me, will know someone who has died of it.  We can all do something about this and you can all start by telling as many men over the age of 50 to get themselves tested.  Not the most pleasant of tests, but you do get used to it!
