We have chosen to support the Airedale Hospital Maternity Fund for this years Charity Challenge.

This follows a very challenging time for one of our team and his family this year following the still birth of their son. The Airedale Maternity Department helped him and his family through this very difficult time and we would like to raise as much as we can to support them in providing care and support to others.

Some of our team will be taking on the 'Edge to Edge' Challenge run by Distant Horizons near Ullswater in the Lake District.

The Challenge is to ascend two of the Lake Districts biggest peaks via their famous ridge approaches; Helvellyn via Striding Edge and Blencathra via Sharp Edge and cycling in between. We aim to complete the challenge in around 12 hours and will cover 19km on foot and 49km on our bikes. This looks as though it will be our biggest challenge to date so wish us luck and please dig deep and give what you can to support a great cause.
