On Sunday 21st July I will be wearing my padded pants and taking part in the London to Southend bike ride. This 52 mile event will be raising funds for the British Heart Foundation.

As many of you know I am a Trustee for Essex Dementia Care and the British Heart Foundation have kindly agreed that any donations can be divided between both charities.
