Hello all!

Thank you so much for sponsoring me! I can't quite believe that I will be running a marathon, especially not dressed as a big red heart! But I think that it will be well worth it (but not sure that'll be my attitude at mile 20!!)

CRY, Cardiac Risk in the Young,  is a charity that has become very important to me, and lots of my friends, in the past couple of years.

 Sadly, we lost our good friend Dave Harrop to an undiagnosed heart condition suddenly and unexpectedly just over 2 years ago now. Raising any money that can help to increase awareness of cardiac conditions, and further screening for young people can only be a good thing in my opinion. So thank you in advance to all of you lovely generous people who will help me to reach that BIG financial target!

I invite everyone to come down and support the shuffling (but with some speed I hope) big red heart next year- I hope that if nothing else, I will be an entertaining site, and will appreciate cheers-a-plenty!!
