As you know I am old, rather large and not prone to prolonged bouts of exercise, but as this great cause is so close to my heart, I'm going to cycle 100km from Windsor to London on May 30th 2016, in hopefully less than 5 hours, to help raise money for KEF.

KEF provides out of school activities and residential camps for children with special needs across the country. Your money will allow the charity to continue to put smiles on the faces of so many children and provide much needed respite for their parents.
