Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am doing an Ironman distance triathlon in Roth (Germany) on the 8th July. This consists of an open water swim of 2.4 miles, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile marathon run to finish. I am hoping to complete this in 12 hours.

Sussex Autism Support is a new and local charity who provide much needed support to families coping with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Kangaroos provide leisure activities for children with disabilities.
