We managed to walk up (and stagger down ) a Munro, Glas Tualaichain, on the Walk for Water on 1 August. It was not snow capped, although you will see from the photos that it was windy, chilly and slightly damp. 

The walk was in aid of the Balcraig Foundation and more specifically the Soila Maasai Girls Rescue Centre. You can learn more about their work at www.kenyachildrenshome.org.uk. Hopefully the walkers will have raised enough to more than just buy water but maybe to pay for the drilling of a well or bore hole which would end their water problems for the long term. It is not too late to join the list of those who have supported us so generously.
