I'm going to be running 2 gruelling Spartan Races in two days. The Spartan Sprint is a 5km race with 15 obstacles. This will be ran on the 30th August as a warm up. The Spartan Super is a 13km run with 21 obstacles. This will be ran the following day on the 31st August. The proceeds are going to CLIC Sargent, a charity for children with cancer. Please help me raise money for this fantastic cause and share it as much as possible across the social media network.

Just a quick note about what your donations for CLIC Sargent could do.

£60 will help with providing 15 copies of a storybook that explains childhood cancer in simple, easy to understand language - putting cancer into words and illlustrations that the children can relate to.

£230 could pay for a familiy to stay for a week in one fo CLIC Sargent's eight Homes from Home, providing self-catering accommodation near to specialist children's cancer treatment centres.

£1051 could pay for a CLIC Sargent Nurse for a week, maxmising the time children with cancer can spend at home safely.
