Final update before race next weekend so far in pledges around the £900 mark fantastic but what would be more fab is if we can hit the £1000 target please give if you have not and many thanks to those you have please keep just giving x

Hi quick update so far from raised from work with 51 donations £220 which I will collect and split between both charities thank you all and plea give if have not target a £1000 and thank you to those given to website x I am training hard was out at 5.15 am this morning and ran 6.5 miles in an hour so all good x
