A group of us from Rotary Club of Wellingborough Hatton decided we were going to do something different to attract members as well as , increase public awareness of who we are and what Rotary does. We also wanted to find a project for the community. 

To join in a Rally across Europe in a car under the value of £500, completing 2600miles in four days appealed to our wild side, what fun. Next, after a lot of debate and recognizing many areas we would like to help, we picked one for us and the community to focus on - INVEST IN ISEBROOK, our hospital and part of the town since 1836. With a growing population and a continual increase in specialist services from the young to the senior people of our community it ticked all the boxes.

We asked Isebrook staff what would benefit their patients the most. We pushed for a wish list and started to chip away with some of our fund raising events - quiz night, Italian food and 60's music night and 40th International Waendel Friendship Walk on 10th May. We have also started receiving donations.
