Story
So we have decided to take on the challenge of completing the Great Manchester Half Marathon on the 24th of May, this involves us managing to run 21km (13.2 miles).
I think that it is safe to say that neither of us would be described as 'natural' runners, so this really is a huge challenge for the two of us, but we are both determined to finish (and beat each other).
We have decided to take this opportunity to raise money for a charity that we have been following and donating towards for a while - Teenage Cancer Trust. This charity is both incredible in the work they do (there is a brief summary below) but also close to both of our hearts.
Any money you can donate would be immensely appreciated and will certainly help us keep running on the day, even when we really will want to give up.
Thank you so much!
