Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

My mother Mary died in 2011 from cancer and I am riding the night in her memory.  I also have several wonderful friends who have recently been diagnosed with cancer and those who have passed away at a young age so Jane, Anne and Emma this is for you too.  The money raised will be going to cancer support charities primarily for breast cancer, cervical and ovarian cancer.

Please give what you can.  I will be training hard and thinking of everyone who is not as lucky as me to have good health.

The challenge is to cycle 100km around London at night.  The route will take us past many famous landmarks including Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace.
