We are raising money for The Countess Mountbatten Hospice in West End, to say thank you in a small way for the BIG way in which they helped and cared for Anne.  The staff showed so much care and kindness to Anne, and us all as a family during her 2 week stay in their wonderful hospice.  It is such a special place. We all appreciate this so much and will always remember her being happy there in her final days with us.
