This year I'm hittting a bit of a milestone in my life - turning 40! It's given me cause to think about things that I'd like to achieve in life. My list includes 'giving something back' to help others and so it begins with this walk! A few friends and I are getting together to take part in the 13 mile walk and for those of you that know me thats no mean feat!

The Ayrshire Hopsice does fantastic work supporting families throughout Ayrshire who are dealing with the pain and emotional worry of loved ones who are ill. We never know if we may need to call on them for help and support which is why I am asking you to support me in this event.
