Dear Friend, Colleague or member of the 'fam'

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This is only my second half marathon and thought it would be worthwhile this time to try and raise some money for a worthy cause. I chose the Alzheimer’s Society as  (1) the incidence of Alzheimer's disease and dementia is increasing at an alarming rate and (2) The Alzheimer’s Society is an important funder of research and the impact of dietary components on ‘brain health’ is becoming an important focus for us in the Nutrition Department in Norwich Medical School
