I have decided to participate in a 5km run in December to help raise money for The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. They are an incredible charity who rescue oprhaned elephants and rhino's raise them and eventual rehabilitate them into the wild. Currently, due to the legalisation of the selling of ivory stockpile, poaching has increased dramatically, the droughts and human - wildlife conflicts has left lots of orphaned baby elephants. The trust have never had so many orphans to look after and I am looking to help them as much as I can!
