Story

Hi everyone!

This summer a group of us will be taking part in an 8 day trek to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in order to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation! This is a super important charity that is aiming to defeat meningitis by 2030! With only 7 years to go, we would really appreciate your help.

Meningitis is an infection of the meninges (the lining of the brain and spine). It affects more than 2.5 million people every year and can kill within hours. There are roughly 1,000 deaths globally every day with 20% of those affected being left with an impairment such as a brain injury or amputation.

Thank you so so much for your support. Every donation no matter how small will make a great difference and does not go unnoticed.

Love Anna  💗

Meningitis is deadly; killing and seriously disabling in hours. Small children and young adults are high risk, but all ages can be affected. Globally 1,000 people die daily. We fundraise to invest in research, campaign for vaccines, provide symptom information and support those already affected.
