Sorry this is so rushed but I've not really prepared for this, I haven't even been for a run around the block.  Anyway, the run is in aid of the Rosie which is the maternity unit where Fred was born and they're doing it up.  I think they're pretty marvelous but it's up to you if you'd like to donate.  I'll be running round singing the theme tune and wishing I was on the beach in St Andrews, what fun!  Don't forget the Gift Aid.  Thank you!
