Grant recently died of stomach cancer after being diagnosed less than a year ago. I knew him for 30 years, we were married for 16 and we have two amazing sons, Matthew and Daniel. Grant was the eldest son of John and Norma Venner and brother to Guy and Matt.

Grant was a great friend to many people, worked with broad range of agencies and clients and played a key role in the local community focused on improved the environment.I have received so many amazing messages from people about the role that he played in their lives. 

He was a fantastic and much loved husband, father, son and friend and will be really missed
