I am doing a hitchhike to Morocco during my uni Easter holidays 2012. The hitch will be raising money for the charity Link Community Development which is a charity working to improve education standards in sub-Saharan Africa,and has so far seen over 7000 students participate in this adventure since its creation in 1992. for more info on the charity and all the great work it does : http://www.lcdinternational.org/

For those of you who are worried about the safety of hitch hiking in the 20 years that the hitch has been running there has been no serious incidents and I will be tracked daily, which also allows my family and friends to follow my journey online!
