Story

As most people know by now (because I haven't stopped harping on about it!) I will be running the London Marathon in April this year.

I've decided to run for Brain Tumour UK which is an amazing charity working to improve the lives of those affected by brain tumours, as well as researching to identify better treatment and hopefully one day discovering a cure.

More than 98 pence of every pound this charity spends is raised by its supporters, so every penny really does make a difference!! Anyone who has been affected by this will know how traumatic it can be, and the excellent work Brain Tumour UK carries out continues to provide invaluable care and support.

This really means a lot to me and your encouragement and donations will help ensure I keep up the training through the winter to complete the run on the day!

With a bit of luck and a lot of hard work I will be aiming to finish in under 5 hours. Obviously, for those who'd like to come down on the day, I strongly recommend, it's such a great atmosphere and you might get a laugh when you see me run past with a face like a tomato!

If you can spare a few pennies it would be greatly appreciated, I know times are tough but even £5 will help toward hitting my target!

Thanks very much in advance! :-))
