Story
Hi, thanks for visiting my page, just a few words from me and why im running the London Marathon for MSRC and why it means so much to me.
I was very close to my nan who had MS so it has always been at the forefront of mine and my family's lives. She suffered with it for over 30 years and throughout that time my family and I could only watch helplessly as she slowly lost the ability to do simple, everyday tasks. My nan was a very brave lady and despite everything, would still find the time to keep a smile on her face through all the pain she was in. Further inspiration comes from my friend Sara who was diagnosed with MS five years ago, over them 5 years iv seen how MS has effected sara and can only watch helplessly . MSRC provide a service which gives unbiased information and advice to MS sufferers they help people to understand more about the disease not only people with MS but friends, family and work colleagues too. I want to run for MSRC to thank them for the support they have given to both my nan and Sara and to show my nan and Sara what brave and amazing people they are in having had to live with this disease.
