My name is Anna Seymour and I am currently into my second year of A-Levels in English Literature, Sociology and Philosophy. I currently live in Darlington, County Durham and have been selected by Project Trust, an educational Gap year charity which sends young people abroad. Please see www.projecttrust.org.uk. I will be spending my year in Chile teaching English to children from disadvantaged backgrounds.

In Chile I will be living with a local family, I am really looking forward to this and immersing myself in the Latin-American Culture!

In order to fund my year teaching I need to raise £4660 before August 2010, wish me luck!

A bit about

is a diverse South American country with one of the fasted growing economies within Latin America, however is also riddled with poverty and has a shortage of teachers. I will be working in the capital city - teaching children in both primary and secondary schools. As well as teaching Englihs fulltime I am going to assist with Drama, Music and Art classes.
