Thanks for visiting my page.  I've finally decided to escape the pot-holed roads of East London to do some real cycling, and I've got a great excuse.  I'm raising money for Cherry Lodge Cancer Care, an independent charity based in Barnet which aims to improve quality of life for people with cancer.  They provide support, information and therapies which make a huge difference at such a difficult time in people's lives.  All this is provided free of charge to those who need it. 

I hope to raise at least £100, so please give as much or little as you can and help this small but incredibly worthy charity keep providing high quality care for cancer patients. For my part, I'll aim to ride the 54 miles in under 5 hours. 

I even promise to wear a helmet for the occasion..
