I have decided to run the IAAF/Cardiff University World Half Marathon, my first ever half marathon (first ever race at all unless you count my failed attempt of the 100m in school) which is being held in Cardiff on the 26th of March 2016!  

I have chosen to raise money in support of the two Hope House Hospices - at Oswestry and Ty Gobaith at Conwy. It is an incredible charity which provides respite and end-of-life care for children with life-limiting illnesses, as well as their families, from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.
