Story
Guys and dolls,
Thank you for taking the time to read this - means a lot, and I'll try to keep it brief.
For those of you who don't know, in June 2012 my older brother, a young, healthy and strong individual was diagnosed with Leukaemia. This was only the start of his tough, hard recovery journey. With the amazing support and help from family, friends, nurses and doctors, my brother is thankfully now in remission.
Needless to say, raising awareness for blood cancer is second to none, and if the money raised can help go towards finding a cure for different blood cancers, that will definitely make me even more determined to cross that finishing line.
Lastly, after years of disappointment (and secret relief) of not getting through the ballot for the London Marathon (only marathon I will ever do), I am now finally able to tick off a goal from my 'Before 30 bucket list'. And I couldn't be more please and proud to be running for Bloodwise.
Please support me by donating as much or as little as you can... Every donation will spur me on to run longer, faster and harder! Thank you in advance, and hopefully I'll see some of your beautiful faces on the day to get me through each mile of the 26.2.
