Hi  all my gorgeous friends and family,

as you may well  already know i have been trainining non stop for my first ever marathon in April 2012.

 I am running for " Hope for Children "which is an amazing charity which funds projects to help poor orphaned and exploited children out of dire poverty from slums in India and Africa.
