London Bridges Challenge 2016 · 9 October 2016 ·
A year ago my nephew Rhys was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. He and his mum dad and brothers have coped amazingly well, through the highs and lows (literally ). This brave young man has to inject himself up to 6 times a day. On October 9th, we The Gibbs family will be joining him and 50 friends and relatives in completeing the 13 bridges walk . We start a Chelsea football ground and follow the Thames for a 10 mile walk, crossing the river 13 times. Do are doing this to raise money for diabetes uk in the hope that one day children like Rhys will not have to continually inject themselves. Please support us in any any way you can. Many thanks
