Heather and I are swimming in the Lamlash Splash - a 1.3 mile swim from the Holy Isle to Lamlash Pier on 18th September as a 60th Birthday Challenge.  Gillian will be accompanying us on the swim.  We want to use the swim as an opportunity to raise funds for two cancer charities - ArCaS, our local cancer support group and Cancer Research UK.  Funds raised through this page can only go to Cancer Research so if you would like to donate to ArCaS, please contact us directly.
