Story

Thanks so much for visiting my Half Marathon challenge and supporting me beat the sweat and tears across the finish line of a 13 mile race on October 28th 2012 all to raise money for an amazing charity... Care International.

CARE International is one of the world’s leading aid agencies.

In the last year, theyworked in 84 countries, supporting 1015 poverty-fighting projects that reached more than 122 million people.

Their mission is to create lasting change in poor communities and we put money where it is needed most.

Ninetyfour pence in every pound goes towards our poverty fighting programmes - that’s one of the highest rates among all the UK aid agencies.

CARE International is non-religious and non-political, allowing them to deliver humanitarian and development assistance to anyone in need regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, age, religion, political view or sexual orientation.

So please dig deep and help me help this necessary charity to continue its great work...

Thank you so so much!! :-)
