As all our wonderful family and treasured friends will be aware, Chris has undergone major treatment at the Marsden for advanced testicular cancer. Undoubtedly, the Professors, doctors, radiologists and nursing staff saved his life. Walking 14 miles to raise money for this wonderful hospital is but a small gesture to express our thanks.Chris has come a long way and we are so very proud of him.He is still under very strict surveillance and is not fully out of the woods yet. Having been through so much as a family we are keen to raise awareness of testicular cancer and the fantastic work of the urology oncology team at Sutton. We are so blessed that Chris is cared for by the world's leading cancer team.

Update 23/3/11
We now have have the final route for the Marsden March.
The Marsden March will follow a route from the hospital in Chelsea along the Fulham Road, across Putney Bridge and into Putney High Street. We will then head towards and cross Wimbledon Common, then make our way towards Raynes Park station and down towards King George's Playing Field. We will then move up towards Cheam and Nonsuch Park and head towards Belmont before finally arriving for a party at The Royal Marsden's hospital in Sutton.
The following pubs along the route will be supporting the Marsden March as it passes - The Crown Public House (Dover Street, Chelsea), The Beverley Public House (Lower Morden Lane, Morden), The Woodstock Public House (Stonecot Hill, Sutton) and The Railway Public House (Station Way, Cheam). If you are out and about give us a wave or pop in for a drink and raise a glass as we pass. Anita's shirt number is 0801 and Andy's is 1926.
