Why - Cavendish Cancer Care is an inspirational independent local charity making a real difference to people who are diagnosed with cancer, living with cancer and their families.

With only two weeks government funding a year they need to rely on the generosity of donations and fund raising to continue to provide support for people at a challenging time in their lives where additional support makes a real difference.

Cancer unfortunately touches all of our lives and we will all know of family and friends who have had this disease.

Martyn and I both currently have different family members who are currently going through cancer treatment. We also know people who have had to use the services of Cavendish Cancer Care and it has made a big difference to them.

It is a charity we have chosen to support and is close to our hearts.
