I run many races as you all know  but this time for  I’m running for Bowel Cancer in support of good Rock Choir friend .She is simply amazing  and has showed us all how cancer can do one !  Also a friend I lost a few years ago now who designed my kitchen while very unwell . So In memory of KS too !
