For my birthday this year I would like to raise money for a local charity near me. Animal Care, based in Lancaster, is a rehoming charity that rehomes a range of animals from dogs to chickens. Over the years me and my family has rescued dogs and guinea pigs from them. They provide high levels of care to the animals housed with them currently and, tailor it to each animals needs. They are an independent charity who rely on income through fundraisers and their tea room and charity shop. However due to the current situation with covid-19 they have had to cancel any fundraisers and close their tea room and charity shop. This means they are relying on donations to provided the essential needs of the animals. Therefore, for my birthday I would like, if you are able, to donate to my just giving page below to help this charity during these difficult times.
