Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As part of my ongoing drive to be less selfish and to do more fun things with my time,  I've signed up the wife and I (Catherine Russell) to run a 10k in honour of the Give a Duck foundation that supports families and young persons that have cancer. 

To make this interesting,  I pledge to run the 10k in under 60minutes,  if I don't do this then I'll get a tattoo that says - 

"Live, Laugh Love"

To let you know how difficult I'll find this,  my last 5k time was 35 minutes and I nearly died with exhaustion.
