Our unique Island Nation has always propsered thanks to those who risk their lives, day in, day out, on the open seas. With these conditions can come unthinkable levels of stress, depression, and anxiety; and not neccessarily just for those at sea. Seafarer's UK's mission is to support both those whose livelihoods belong out at sea, and the incredible burden shared by their families on land. 

From fisherman to Royal Marines, the work of Seafarer's UK is more crucial now than ever before. In a climate in which stock is depleting, and jobs are being cut (not the mention the weather growing ever more volatile), the welfare of those in one of Britain's oldest traditions is under threat.
