Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Scott saw active service in the first Gulf War.  Combat stress have supported Scott for the last 11 years, both with respite and a six week residential course designed to help him to live with the trauma at the heart of his PTSD.

Combat Stress is the UK's leading veterans' mental health charity. They treat a range of mental health conditions including PTSD, depression and anxiety.  Mental health issues can affect ex-servicemen and women of all ages. Right now, they have more than 6,000 veterans registered with them for support. They're a vital lifeline for these veterans, and their families.

Combat Stress spend £15 million  a year delivering their unique range of specialist treatment and support. The demand for their services is getting bigger all the time and they really need your support to do more.  More than half of the money that they need comes from supporters like you. Without you they simply couldn't provide the highly specialised treatment and support to every Veteran who needs it.
