Hey Guys, Dario and I are doing the boxing day swim this year in aid of the Welsh Air ambulance, they are a brilliant charity that deserve all the funding and money they can, as without them a lot more people may not be with us tonight. This is a special charity to us as if it wasn't for the air ambulance Mum may not be with us today or could be paralysed. 
For the people that know us, would know the story but for the people that don't..
In September of last year Mum fell down the stairs and was taken into Hospital after being x-rayed and scanned, she was sent home with bruising of the neck. After returning home she was forced to sleep downstairs in the chair unable to sleep or move from being in too much pain. 2 days later she had a phone call asking could she 'pop' back in to hospital as they had missed something so she was driven in by dad. Once in hospital she was left to wait for a few hours before they finally found out she had broken her neck and was airlifted to the heath in Cardiff where she was on traction to align the bone. She was then fitted with a  halo which she had to wear for a few months.. She'd done so well to get through this and has been brilliant through it all and this is our way of saying thank you to the Welsh air ambulance!
