Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm entering the Bournemouth Bay 5k run on Sunday 3 April in memory of Gemma Wilkes who was best friend to my daughter, Lisa.  I'm running on behalf of 'Life Blood' with 'Team Gem' to raise awareness of the dangers of thrombosis and that it can affect people of all ages, at any time.
