Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
After running 7 marathons (soon to be 8 if I can conquer Dublin in October!) for purely selfish and possibly insane reasons, I decided that the 9th one should be run for purely altruistic reasons. Choosing the beneficiary of this endeavour proved, rather suddenly, to be easier than anticipated. My sister was recently diagnosed with MS and therefore I will be running the London Marathon in April 2011 to raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre.
I understand that times are tough in the current economic climate and I appreciate that folks may not have a ton of spare cash lying around right now. That said, I would greatly appreciate any sponsorship money that people can afford and I promise that I will drag myself around those 26.2 miles no matter what it takes in order to make your donation even more worth while!
For the gamblers amongst you, perhaps you'd like to make it interesting for us and along with your donation, perhaps have a guess at my predicted finish time........?!
Thanks again for anything you may be able to contribute, I know a number of people who will be enormously appreciative!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thanks in advance for anything you feel you can spare for this worthy cause!
