Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Because I turn 50 this year I wanted to do something a bit special. I've always supported others running this race so decided it was time to get my butt off the couch and try it for myself - before its too late! 

My wife Shereen has ran GNR 4 or 5 times and I've always supported her, taking in the atmosphere so thought what better race could I do to celebrate this milestone. 

As a family we have supported HERIB in the past and I have been lucky enough to secure a charity place for them this year.  I'm delighted as it is a local charity supporting local people.

Please help in any way you can no matter how small, it all adds up.
