In November 2012 I was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour. I needed an operation and have since undergone radiotherapy and chemotherapy. So far my treatment has gone well and I know I've been fortunate. We don't always get to choose what happens in our lives but we can decide to try and make things better for others. This is what Harry Moseley did with endless enthusiasm. Sadly he was not as fortunate as me but we can continue to support his goal: to raise funding to help research into finding a cure for brain tumours. By taking part in this gruelling 700 mile cycle ride I'm hoping to inspire you to support me with your donations. I'm also hoping to give hope, to any of you who may later find yourselves facing serious illness, that things needn't be as bad as they may seem.
