Hello all you lovely people looking at my page. First a little about myself, as you know my name is Andy i work in morrisons and im studying a masters at portsmouth university. 

I was asked by a friend of mine to compete in the the London Triathlon at the end of July. It consists of a 1.5k swim in the royal Victoria dock, followed by a 40k cycle and 10k run around the docklands. i will be doing the swim (obviously), Ben and Martyn will be doing the run and the cycle respectively. 

SportsAid is a charity that helps thousands of young promising sports people across the UK achieve their dreams of being top athletes. They provide scholarships and sports coaching to some of Britain's most promising athletes! So dig deep people and help us raise some money for some budding sportspeople!!!!
