Between September 10th and 12th 2015 I cycled 315km  through Italy as part of the Giro d'Intrinsic charity cycling event. All of this is on behalf of Samaritans, whose 21,200 volunteers support over 5.1 million calls for help every year. 

With your support each kilometre I pedalled could fund one phone call for help. Samaritans provides confidential, emotional support for people who are struggling to cope for whatever reason and it provides this service around the clock, every day of the year.  All calls are supported by local volunteers in local branches across the UK.  They need your support to continue to provide this often life-saving service.
