Mum unfortunately passed away in February this year. For us not being able to travel to the UK to see her and support my sister was hard. However we knew that she was in the best place possible with  Linda &  Gerry. 

We are raising funds through Dementia UK who work with the The Royal British Legion Admiral Nurses. They gave emotional support to Linda through very difficult times. We would like to raise money for this charity as a thank you to them, knowing that this will help other people in similar circumstances.

Bev & I have given ourselves a big challenge of walking many of the NZ, reasonably dormant, Volcanoes. Our page picture is of our biggest challenge,  Mount  Taranaki. This can only be climbed in January and hopefully we will be extra fit by then.
