I’ve wanted to run a marathon for a long time; it’s one of those ‘life goals’ that just has to be done. On September 20^th, I’ll not only be fulfilling a dream but raising money for my favourite local charity.

The staff and volunteers at Speke Garston Domestic Violence Project do a fantastic job supporting women who have experienced the horror of domestic abuse.  They do this by equipping them to overcome the impact of violence, bullying and manipulation, enabling the beneficiaries to live free from fear

So please give generously, they are worth it!
