Hello to all. As most of you are aware Joe and I cycled to Gibraltar a few years ago in Aid of Cancer Research UK. This was one of the toughest challenges of our lives. We suffered through heat, pain and exhaustion over 15 days of cycling. However no matter how hard this challenge was, the greatest feeling came after, knowing what we had achieved and what we had done for such a great cause.   

So… We have decided to do something crazy again.

On the 6th September this year, along with a group of around 28 other riders, we will be cycling from Winchester to Italy in 9 days, covering around 100 miles a day. We will pass through 9 countries on the way, before we reach our final destination to the city on water ‘Venice’.

Our trip has been funded by ourselves; we already have the kit and equipment (minus a new set of tyres and possibly a wheel) from the last ride. This means all the money donated can go directly towards CRUK who do a priceless job in the battle against cancer.

As many of our friends and family know one and other we have decided to create a page between us. This makes it easier for you to sponsor and us to promote the event.
